Mid-century Caucasian handwoven kilim.

It features a triple medallion geometric design on a dark brown field. The medallions, alternating beige, and orange contain dainty flowers and leaves arranged in a diamond shape. The rest of the field is filled with various geometric shapes and symbols. At the top of the field are an inscription with numbers and letters reading: "24 .3.960   SK".

The border is composed of the traditional eight-pointed star motif, woven in pastel colors. The color palette of the rug includes deep browns, bright oranges, pastel pinks, purples, blues, yellows, and ivory.  

In very good condition, signs of wear consistent with age. Flatwoven, with a light but sturdy handle.
