This American Hooked rug was woven in New England during the first quarter of the 20th century (1900-1925).

It features a pictorial design of a red-roofed house with a surrounding landscape. Note the flowering bushes in front of the house. The scene is framed by a thin inner black border and thicker outer black border. 

In very good condition, wear is consistent with age.
